Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and start counting from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs, weather, courier delays).

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £2.95 on all orders, which includes tracked delivery so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's progress.
